All Affiliates agree to the following: You, as an affiliate or JV partner for 'Personal Growth' or 'PersonalGrowth.com', have read and fully agree to the terms listed on the Official FTC Website to ensure that your promotions comply with the new guidelines.
- NO NEGATIVE MARKETING. Negative marketing using keywords such as, "Scam" or "do not buy" that is a bait and switch to promote the product with your affiliate link is not permitted under any circumstances. ALL commissions generated using this method will be removed from your account and you will not be allowed to promote any future products for our company.
If negative marketing is not removed immediately, we reserve the right to take legal action. Brand image is very important to all of us and it is not fair to those being represented in this manner.
- 50% commission payout on every order for 6 months.
- We have a minimum threshold of $200 in commissions for our monthly payout.
- Payments will be processed on the 15th of each month when requested inside your partner account, for all sales that have have passed the refund period.
- Affiliates are not permitted to use paid advertising (via Facebook and Google) unless agreed otherwise. Please contact us to discuss 'paid advertising compliance' for any of our offers.
- If paid advertising has been agreed, you are not permitted to put your affiliate tracking link directly on a FB ad. Instead, you agree to send the traffic to a pre-sell landing page first.
- Affiliates are not permitted to purchase any of our programs under their own tracking link, these commissions will be voided.
- Affiliates are not permitted to sign up for multiple accounts under their own second tier referral link. Only one account per affiliate permitted.
- You may not give away any of our material (for example an eBook created by us) under any circumstances without prior written consent. (for example, you may not collect an email address in exchange for our eBook).
- If you purchase the product via your own affiliate link, the commissions for that sale will be voided.
- Affiliates that do not comply with the terms and conditions will have their affiliate account closed and all commissions payable will become null and void with immediate effect.
