To achieve the goals I have set myself I am willing to step outside of my comfort zone.

The Universe always wants the best for me.

I am optimistic about the future.

My soul is a soil for diamonds.

I set boundaries but I am still open to change. That is what I call balance.

I take charge at every given opportunity and manifest all my desires.

Today is the day I leave my old habits and take up new, more positive ones.

I leave behind people, places and things that are unhealthy. These have no place in my life.

The Universe is sending me a lot of money from all areas of my life.

How to use your Daily Affirmations

  1. Take a moment to inhale deeply, counting to ten with each breath. Exhale slowly, letting go of any tension.

  2. Now, stand in front of a mirror and look into your eyes and give yourself a warm and natural smile.

  3. Say out loud your 9 affirmations out loud. Allow each word to flow slowly and clearly, like a gentle stream of positivity.

  4. Repeat these affirmations, feeling their resonance grow within you, like ripples in a calm pond. Do this 3-5 times, really savoring the meaning of each word.

  5. As you near the end of this practice, take another three deep breaths. With each breath, imagine the positive energy of your affirmations surrounding you, filling you with confidence and peace.

Remember, this is your time to nurture your inner self and cultivate a positive mindset.
